Monterey County does not have the funds, that’s where you can help us. MORCA is calling out to the community. This is a three-year plan where MORCA will fund, through generous donations. Cost for the first year is $6.433.79. The projected cost for three years is $21,300.88.
There’s no question, we would all benefit from having porta potties at this site. Hikers, cyclists, equestrians, dog walkers and others who enjoy parking at this lot.
With no restroom available, the surrounding landscape has become an outdoor relief site. This is not sanitary, pleasant to see 
, or healthy for our environment.
