Where: 8th Avenue and Gigling Road, Marina, CA

Meet at the parking area (dirt area on the south side of the road) near the intersection of 8th Ave and Gigling Rd approximately 15 minutes before start time.

There is no cost but you should bring your bike, helmet (required), water, sunscreen, a snack and be ready to ride.

The first Saturday MORCA ride is organized to introduce mountain bike riders to the trails of Ft. Ord and enjoy a social ride for regulars.

Rides will be approximately 2 hours and No Drop (no one will be left behind) and will be led and swept by an experienced member of MORCA.

==Intermediate – Have experience riding with groups and can ride continuously for 1.5 to 2 hours at a moderate pace (10-15 miles with some stops).  May need some pointers to ride technical trail features.
==Advanced – Experienced riding alone and with groups on a variety of trails and can ride continuously for 2.5+ hours at a faster pace (15 – 25 miles with few stops).  Can comfortably ride most technical trail features.

Bring a food or beverage to share and we’ll tailgate after in the parking lot.
