All, this is a reminder that we will be holding our annual meeting (November Member Meeting) next Monday to elect the MORCA board for 2013.

Agenda :
– Review of Last Month’s Activities
– Election (counting of the ballots and announcement of results)
– Discussion of November activities including, Out of area ride, Trail Day for November, Desert Gold and the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot ride.
– Discussion of future activities including December Holiday Ride and/or social, Skills clinic, Sea Otter Classic, 2013 Budget.
– We will also review our ongoing activities list and discuss as needed.

Prior to the start of our regular meeting there will be a presentation by the Monterey Downs Horse Park team.
If you would like to hear their presentation please arrive early so we can start on time.
